Return Policy

  • Minimum domestic order is $10 plus shipping, minimum international order is $30 plus shipping.
  • Within 30 days you may exchange items that are in like new condition. The amount that is applied towards the exchange is the price you paid or current selling price whatever is lower. All shipping charges are the customers responsibility. We determine if the condition of the return is "like new condition". All items must be returned with all accessories, original boxes, and all packaing. Any misting items, marks, dents, labels or writing on boxes will not be considered like new condition. We reserve the right to charge re-stocking fees to items sent for exchange.
  • Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Once you place an order we hold the item for you, pay ecommerce, affiliate, and credit card fees to process your order. We also reserve that item for you and do not sell it to others. Therefore once an order is placed there will be a 15% restocking charge to cancel it. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • All products we sell, except Appliances over 50lbs, Camcorders, and GSM Cell phones, come with a limited one-year warranty (90 days labor, 1 year parts) and in such cases the product will be repaired without repair fees. Our warranty does not include shipping charges.  
  • TVs have a 90 days labor and 1 year parts warranty. During this time we will repair tvs that are sent to us shipping prepaid. Warranty does not include shipping.
  • After 30 days we do not exchange or give refunds for any items we sell.
  • Non-defective items that are returnable are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee or the current selling price, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to refuse to take back for refund any products.  We understand that special circumstances may occur and will work with you to satisfy you as our customer.
  • Any item that is pre-approved for return must be sent back in MINT new, resalable condition with all original packaging that have no markings on its box, manual or unit. Delicate items such as TVs and large transformers must be shipped by special freight. Contact us before shipping for advice and recommendations.
  • Cell phones, Camcorders are only exchangeable for same model within 14 days, no refunds. The manufacturer may provide support after 14 days. Please check with the manufacturer if warranty service is available.
  • Keep the boxes! Any item that needs to be serviced, exchanged or refunded MUST be sent to us with its original manufacturer carton and with matching serial number and then double boxed. Otherwise we will not be able to repair, exchange or refund for the item.
  • All items we sell are for normal home use. Using items for other purposes will void the warranty.
  • Altering the product physically will also void the warranty.
  • Any item that needs to be serviced or exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
  • Deliveries are during working hours Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery may be available at an extra cost.
  • Deliveries are to curb side for large packages such as TVs and other special freight deliveries
  • Smaller packages deliver to your door
  • UPS, FEDEX and other shippers we use do not deliver inside homes unless you pay extra.
  • Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been placed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from shipping companies.
  • Buyer is totally responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA. Normally the duties and taxes are charged directly to client prior to delivery by the carrier.
  • We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.
  • Damage to any item must be reported to the delivery company at the time of delivery. Do not accept a product if it is damaged during transit. Please call us first.
  • Please remember that we have built our company on excellent customer service. We will try to work with you in everyway possible to satisfy you as a client.
  • It is our pledge to help customers before and after the sale. We will assist you if you have a defecitve product no matter if it is under warranty or not. We will offer you resonable cost repairs on all items that you have purchased from us.
